Tourist Visa Process

To apply for a Dubai tourist visa, you’ll need to provide certain documents and meet specific requirements. Here are the details:

Types of Tourist Visas

Short-term tourist visa: Single entry, 30 days from the date of entry, and not extendable, with a fee of 250 AED.
Short-term tourist visa (multiple entries): 30 days from the date of entry, and not extendable, with a fee of 690 AED.
Long-term tourist visa: Single entry, 90 days from the date of entry, and not extendable, with a fee of 600 AED.
Long-term tourist visa (multiple entries): 90 days from the date of entry, and not extendable, with a fee of 1740 AED.

Required Documents

A valid passport with at least six months’ validity
A colour passport photograph
A colour copy of your passport
A copy of your return Emirates ticket, or codeshare flight that starts with the code “EK”, and the ticket number should start with “176”
Proof of relationship, if applying for a family member (birth certificate, marriage certificate, and family book)
Medical insurance valid in the UAE

Application Process

You can apply for a Dubai tourist visa online through the Emirates website or at a UAE embassy or consulate. The application process typically takes 3–4 working days. You can also apply for a visa on arrival in Dubai, but this is only available for certain nationalities.

Additional Information

Overstaying fines are 100 AED per day, plus 200 AED for an out pass
Visitors must have a sponsor in the UAE, such as a hotel or tour operator
The visa fees are non-refundable

Umrah Visa Requirements

A valid passport with at least 8 months’ validity.
A completed visa application with all required documents.
Proof of vaccination against meningitis.
Hotel booking and flight itinerary confirmation.

Booking and Payment

Deposit of $500–$1,000 per person depending on the selected package.
Balance payment due 30–60 days before departure.
Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: no refund.

The Dubai Golden Visa

The Dubai Golden Visa is a long-term residency visa offered by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) government to attract foreign investment, talent, and innovation. Here are some key details:

Eligibility Criteria

Investors: Minimum investment of AED 2 million (approximately USD 544,000) in a business or real estate.
Entrepreneurs: Founders of startups with a minimum capital of AED 500,000 (approximately USD 136,000).
Talents: Individuals with exceptional skills in fields like science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM).
Researchers: Researchers and scientists with a minimum master’s degree and 5 years of experience.
Highly skilled professionals: Individuals with a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in a specialized field.
